Once a product is purchased, CAQA provides free updates until the resource is superseded and deemed equivalent. This lifetime update entitlement applies to all resource formats, including SCORM files, and is not limited to three months from purchase. This update entitlement applies alongside the licence’s permitted use and distribution terms.

Introduce the approved version
Review updated materials before delivery, carry forward approved contextualisation where appropriate and communicate changes to trainers and assessors. For SCORM, test the updated package in your LMS.
