SCORM resources bring structured digital content into a compatible learning management system. A successful introduction includes technical testing, teaching preparation and a clear support pathway for staff and learners.
Check the product requirements
Review the SCORM version, supplied components and any prerequisite purchase stated on the product page. Confirm whether the selected SCORM product is supplied alongside, or requires, an Office-format learning and assessment kit.
Test in your own LMS
Import a sample or test package and review launch, navigation, completion reporting and resume behaviour. Test the devices and browsers your learners will use before making the package available to a cohort.
Keep updates organised
Once a product is purchased, CAQA provides free updates until the resource is superseded and deemed equivalent. This lifetime update entitlement includes SCORM resources. Retain the package version and purchase reference, and plan how a replacement package will be tested and introduced in your LMS.
